5. Keep Busy -

Reach out to those supportive friends, and exercise will also help in this area. You will also want to reconnect with old hobbies or start some new ones.

At first, these types of activities will just occupy your mind with healthier thoughts.

Over time, your life will begin to improve and you will enjoy these activities. You will also likely meet new friends and possibly dates when you are ready.
